Overview
SEX Sodium Ethyl Xanthate is A light yellow powder (or particle) with a pungent odor, soluble in water, alcohol, etc., and capable of forming insoluble compounds with metal ions such as cobalt, copper, and nickel.
Application:
Widely used for preferential flotation of easily floatable or complex non-ferrous metal sulfide ores. It can also be used in conjunction with sulfurizing agents for flotation of copper and lead oxide ores.
It can also be used as a precipitation agent for wet metallurgy (such as purification of zinc electrolyte) and a rubber vulcanization accelerator.
