Application
Gold, silver, copper, and sulfur collectors are widely used in the mixed flotation of various metal sulfide ores, and can replace traditional yellow medicines (such as Ding Huang and Wu Huang). They are particularly suitable for gold ore (pyrite load type) flotation and oxidized ore desulfurization, such as iron ore desulfurization, bauxite desulfurization, tin tungsten ore desulfurization, etc. They have technical advantages such as low taste, strong collection power, good foaming ability, and good flotation indicators; Easy to use, no strong irritating odor, beneficial for environmental protection.
Usage and dosage
Directly adding the original solution, it is best to use corrosion-resistant pipelines in industry, and the dosage is usually between 40-100 g/t
The dosage can be determined based on the actual ore and production. The pH value of the slurry is generally around 9, and the characteristics of the desulfurizer agent are as follows:
(1) Easy to use, directly drip and use;
(2) Low odor, far less than the smell of yellow medicine;
(3) Low dosage and lower cost of medication compared to yellow medicine;
(4) 2 # oil usage can be reduced by about 1/3;
(5) The collection ability is stronger than that of yellow medicine, greatly improving the recovery rate or desulfurization effect;
(6) When used in combination with an activator (if needed), the effect is better.

Working principle
1.The working principle of the inclined plate thickener is the same as that of the traditional thickener.
2.It uses gravity sedimentation to separate the solid particles in the pulp, but the sedimentation occurs in the cavity between the inclined plates in the equipment.
3.The distance between the plates is very small, and the fluid is easy to form laminar flow, and the solid particles only need to settle for a small distance to fall on the plate, and then slide down the inclined plate, so the effective settlement area is ten times the original area of the equipment.
4.The shell of the inclined plate box thickener is made of thin steel plate, the upper part is rhombus, and the inclined plates arranged in parallel are installed inside;
5.During operation, the pulp is fed to the middle of the inclined plate through the narrow groove along the entire width of the box, and then flows upward through the thickening plate.
6.The clarified liquid is discharged from the upper overflow tank, and the sediment is deposited from the concentration plate and slides down.
7.Deposited into the lower pyramidal box.
8.Then it is discharged from the discharge pipe at the bottom.
